SUMMARY
Within the assigned sales terriority, recognize and pursue signage projects opportunities and prospects, then present solutions in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Increase sales volumes and new customer base on monthly basis. Service existing customer base and generate repeat sales on a monthly basis. Build local brand awareness, signage solution expertise and demonstrate a professional image of the SIGNARAMA brand at all times.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Scheduling: Individual will be responsible for setting their own schedule and maintaining calendar of appointments with customers.
• Negotiating: Individual will oversee pricing negotiations for specific sales opportunities – will need to coordinate the bid and quote process and make discretionary pricing decisions based on their knowledge of the account and assessment of future spend potential.
• Strategic Planning: Individual will be responsible for targeting which customers to pursue and when.

Install Helper – Stratus

Status: Non-Exempt Division: Field Services


Job Summary: The Install Helper assists the Lead Installer in the safe and efficient
installation of both interior and exterior signs and related support structures. This role involves
preparing and pouring concrete foundations, loading and unloading materials, maintaining
vehicles and equipment, and ensuring a clean, safe, and professional work environment. The
ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the
flexibility to travel as needed.


Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist in installing signs and support structures, including drilling and pouring concrete
foundations.
• Operate power tools, drills, and other hand tools in accordance with safety protocols.
• Read and interpret blueprints or construction drawings to assist in correct installation.
• Load and unload signs, pipes, and other materials required for each job.
• Organize and properly store tools, materials, and equipment when not in use.
• Perform basic maintenance on company trucks, ensuring both interior and exterior
cleanliness.
• Protect and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment for optimal safety and functionality.
• Demonstrate a high standard of precision and detail in all installation-related tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, disposing of debris and hazardous materials
properly.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and management.
• Show flexibility by working overtime hours as required by management.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and demonstrate professionalism at all job sites.
• Be available for extended travel to job sites both in and out of state, as needed by
management.
• Adapt to varying site conditions and schedules.
• Complete work orders, material lists, and other documentation accurately.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions as directed by management.


Minimum Requirements:
Experience
• Preferred experience in installing interior or exterior electrical signage.
• Knowledge of light construction or vinyl wrapping is a plus.
• Exposure to welding, electrical work, or general construction is beneficial.
Technical Skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction drawings.
• Proficiency in using power tools, drills, and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and an unwavering focus on safety.


Physical & Safety Requirements
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for
prolonged periods.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
• 21 years or older for insurance purposes.

• Team-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.

Job Summary: The Lead Sign Installer is responsible for the safe and efficient installation of
interior and exterior electrical signs, including drilling and pouring concrete foundations for
support structures. While not managing direct reports, this role guides and trains support staff
(e.g., Install Helpers) on proper procedures. The Lead Sign Installer ensures quality
workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and accurate completion of all job-related
documentation.


Essential Responsibilities:
• Install signs and support structures, including drilling and pouring concrete foundations.
• Complete all required paperwork (work orders, material lists, etc.) promptly and accurately.
• Oversee the loading and securing of signs, pipes, and related materials for safe transport.
• Perform general maintenance on company vehicles and equipment, ensuring cleanliness
and security.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris, properly storing materials, and
following safety guidelines.
• Work flexible hours, including overtime, as determined by management.
• Safely fulfill the physical demands of the role (lifting, climbing, standing, etc.).
• Attend required meetings, trainings, and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Safeguard all company resources, including vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Travel to both in-state and out-of-state job sites as needed.
• Guide and train installation support staff on safe and precise installation methods without
serving as their direct supervisor.


Minimum Requirements:
Experience & Licenses
• Minimum of 4 years installing exterior and interior electrical signage.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License required; CDL Class A or B preferred but not mandatory.
• Crane operator certification, OSHA 10/30, or similar credentials are preferred.
• Journeyman Sign Electrician License is a plus.
Technical Skills
• Proficient in operating bucket trucks or crane trucks; comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction drawings accurately.
• Adept at maintaining detailed records and paperwork.
Soft Skills & Leadership
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Capable of training and guiding team members on safe, effective procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with team members and
clients.


Physical & Safety Requirements
• Capable of lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and climbing.

We’re looking to hire a capable Sign / Channel Letter Fabricator who will be responsible for assisting with production of Channel Letters of all kinds and helping in all other areas of our warehouse, as required.

Job Description: 

  • Complete daily duties assigned by Production Supervisor which may include: trim capping, letter forming, basic electrical wiring, sanding, operating a Channel Bender, mounting raceways/ wireways, and general labor.
  • Driving company vehicles for occasional installation, delivery or pickup needs.
  • Specialized skills such as the following are desirable, but not required: Welding, Forklift operation, CNC operation, painting, vinyl installation experience.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and ensure efficient space utilization.
  • Responsible for ongoing Quality Control.
